Activating a licence key

When you subscribe to the Premium plan, your licence key is emailed to the address you used at checkout. It starts LMU-.

1. Open LMU Broadcast Control. If it isn't installed yet, download it: it's the same app as the free version.
2. On the Home screen, click Licence, paste the key and click Activate. The Licence window then shows your plan, when it expires, this PC's name and how many of your PCs are running the app.
3. The plan's features unlock straight away. The app checks the key each time it starts and once a day after that.

Using it on more than one PC

Activate the same key on each PC you broadcast from, up to 5. Premium runs on 2 of them at the same time (more on devices). The SM Bridge on a second game PC doesn't count. If you've reached the limit, remove a PC you no longer use and activate again.

If the key doesn't work

• Key not recognised. Copy it again from the email; it's easy to miss a character. Keys use capital letters and numbers.
• Device limit reached. Remove a device from your account, then click Activate again.
• Key no longer active. The subscription has ended or been cancelled. Check your billing.
