Managing your devices

A device is a PC where you've activated your key. The Premium plan allows 5, and runs on 2 of them at the same time. The SM Bridge on a second game PC doesn't count.

1. Sign in to your account ↗ with the email you subscribed with.
2. Open Devices. Each PC is listed with its device ID, when it was registered and when it was last seen.
3. Click Remove next to a PC you no longer use. Its place is free straight away.

Running on more PCs at once

Open the app on a PC while Premium is already running on 2 others and it shows Device limit reached. From there you can disconnect one of the other PCs, try again, or carry on with the free version. You can also disconnect a PC from the Devices page of your account.

Undoing a removal

Removed a PC by mistake? It's listed under Recent removals for 7 days. Click Undo to bring it back, as long as you haven't filled its place.

Limits on removals

On the Premium plan you can remove up to 4 devices in any 30 days. The Devices page shows how many you have left.

When a PC counts as new

The app recognises a PC by its name and your Windows user account. If you rename the PC or use a different Windows user, it registers as a new device, and you can remove the old entry.
