Billing and cancelling

Payments are handled by Stripe. You manage them from your account.

1. Sign in to your account ↗ with the email you subscribed with.
2. Choose Manage billing. This opens Stripe's billing page for your subscription.
3. There you can update your payment card, see your invoices and cancel.

When you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan you can also have a full refund: email support@broadcastcontrol.uk from the address you subscribed with.

When the subscription ends, the app goes back to the free features: the default theme and logo, with the plan's features switched off. Subscribe again at any time to switch them back on.
